Cancellation Policy:

Terms & Conditions: To confirm your booking, it is mandatory to make an upfront payment of 50% of the total due amount. An online payment link will be shared with you by our team for the same. Please ensure timely payment to avoid any cancellation of your booking.

• Prior to 5 days before the tour/session date: a fee of 20% of the standard total price will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Within 48 hours or no show: no refund or credit will be given.

Late Arrival: If arriving late for your session, no extra time will be given past your session finishing time.

Credit: Should you receive credit due to cancellation, it must be used within 1 year.
